Roster Access Member Contract

Between The Grow Parlor, offering Dating Roster services ("we"), and the member signing below ("you").
What you get. 3 months on the Dating Roster, starting the day you sign. You fill out your own questionnaire, and we introduce you to members when you're a good fit. We don't search for you, and there's no set number of introductions. Events are open to you at regular prices.
Cost. $25, one-time. It doesn't renew automatically, and you never have to buy anything else.
To join, you must be [21]+, available to date, and honest on your questionnaire.
Changing your mind.
  • Cancel within 3 business days of signing for a full refund (see Attachment B).
  • After that, the $25 isn't refundable.
Your privacy. Matches only see your first name and what you approve of. Photos stay private. We never sell or share your information without your written OK, and we delete it when your membership ends.
The rules. Be honest and kind, stop contact when asked, and keep other members' details private. Breaking the rules can end your membership, with no refund.

Attachment A: Dating Service Consumer Bill of Rights
  1. No social referral service contract shall require the payment by you, the purchaser, of an amount greater than one thousand dollars ($1,000), and the service may extend for a term of no more than two years.
  2. No social referral service contract shall require you, the purchaser, to buy any other good or service, such as photography, grooming or dating counseling, as a condition of the contract.
  3. If your social referral service contract costs more than twenty-five dollars, the seller must furnish a minimum number of referrals to you each month. If the seller fails to do so for two or more months in a row, you may cancel and receive a refund, minus a cancellation fee of no more than the greater of fifteen percent of the cash price or a pro rata amount for the referrals furnished.
  4. Your social referral service contract must specify the distance you, the purchaser, are willing to travel. You may not be given a referral who lives farther away than that distance.
  5. The provider must have an established policy for the situation of your moving outside the area it services. That policy is explained in your contract.
  6. If any provision of the social referral service contract is violated, you have the right to bring a court action against the provider.

YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY CANCELLATION FEE WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF THIS CONTRACT. SEE THE ATTACHED NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FORM FOR AN EXPLANATION OF THIS RIGHT.
