Terms & Conditions — [Roster Access] (Non-Member Option)
By purchasing [Roster Access] and submitting your profile, you agree to the following.
1. What this is. [Roster Access] adds you to The Dating Roster database so you can be introduced to existing members when I find you compatible. It is not a membership. I do not actively search for a match on your behalf, and I make no promise about whether, when, or how many introductions you'll receive.
2. Who can join. You must be 21 or older, single (not married or in a committed relationship), and honest in your profile. If I learn that anything in your profile is untrue, I may remove you without a refund.
3. Screening. Every person on the Roster is onboarded and screened by me. I may decline your profile for any reason, including conduct or safety concerns, and I keep a record of declined individuals to protect everyone on the Roster. If I decline your profile before onboarding, your fee is refunded in full.
4. Fee and refunds. The fee is $50, paid once. After onboarding is complete, the fee is non-refundable, including if no introduction is made. This option is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn or repriced at any time; your purchase stays valid for 12 months / the term stated at purchase.
5. How introductions work. I share only your first name, age, town, and a short introduction with a member I think fits you. Contact details are exchanged only when both of you say yes. A "no" from either side is never shared with the other.
6. Events. [Roster Access] does not include event perks. You're welcome at Dating Roster events at the standard public ticket price, subject to the rules for that event.
7. Conduct. You agree to treat everyone you meet through the Roster with respect, to attend introductions and events in good faith, and not to share another person's information. Harassment, dishonesty, or unsafe behavior will result in removal without refund and may be recorded on the Roster's declined list.
8. Your information. Your profile is private and used only to make introductions. It is never shown publicly or to other participants beyond what's described in Section 5. You can ask me to update or delete your information at any time by emailing justina@thegrowparlor.com. See the [Privacy Policy] for full details.
9. Upgrading. You may upgrade to full membership at any time by emailing justina@thegrowparlor.com. Membership is subject to its own terms and pricing. [Your [Roster Access] fee is credited toward your Onboarding fee / is not credited toward membership.]
10. Limits of responsibility. The Dating Roster makes introductions; it does not vouch for any individual's conduct. You are responsible for your own safety and decisions when meeting anyone, and you agree that [I Love Honeycomb LTD / The Grow Parlor], its owner, and staff are not liable for anything arising from those meetings, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
11. Changes and termination. I may update these terms with notice by email. I may end your participation for the reasons above; you may withdraw at any time by emailing me (see Section 4 for refunds).
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
