Last night I was taking a trip down memory lane... via Instagram, and I was shocked when I noticed something familiar; a twinkle of an idea that at the time I knew I had no idea what it looked like... but I knew I needed to go in that direction.
This is, and yet isn’t about hair. 
All I can say is that I am so thankful that my 27-year-old self knew enough to look within than to seek without.  Again... I was clueless to the extent of what it would take to achieve what I called "inner balance is outer peace," but I knew it started with choosing me.  And that journey was not linear; it was not painless.  But it was the greatest gift I could have given myself.
