Justina is an entrepreneur and visionary when it comes to filling voids within her community.  Based in New York’s Finger Lakes and Southern Tier region, she operates her hair salon out of The Grow Parlor on Bridge St in Corning; she offers Individual and Group Coaching experiences virtually.  She also founded Dating Roster, where she offers matchmaking services, creates experiences for connection, and coaches those who want to start their next relationship with intention.  The Dating Roster offers a real alternative to dating apps, bars, and unapproachable vibes. Through her experience as a small business owner, she knows the pains that come with wearing all of the hats, so she also offers support to small business owners with online presence, website/social media, start-up packages, and entrepreneurship coaching.
Whether she’s giving you the best haircut you've ever had, setting singles up on dates, or building a brand for your business, Justina’s focus is the same: creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and ready to grow.

Last night I was taking a trip down memory lane... via Instagram, and I was shocked when I noticed something familiar; a twinkle of an idea that at the time I knew I had no idea what it looked like... but I knew I needed to go in that direction.
This is, and yet isn’t about hair. 
All I can say is that I am so thankful that my 27-year-old self knew enough to look within than to seek without.  Again... I was clueless to the extent of what it would take to achieve what I called "inner balance is outer peace," but I knew it started with choosing me.  And that journey was not linear; it was not painless.  But it was the greatest gift I could have given myself.
