WHY THE ROSTER EXISTS

The Dating Roster was born from my desire to connect people in a deeper way. I'm building a community of singles who want an intentional dating experience, and as I get to know each of you, I'm inspired to find that missing piece in your life that will complement and bring a deeper sense of love and community.

HOW IT WORKS

On Boarding Call

We start with a real conversation - a full 60 minutes where I learn your story, your values, your lifestyle, and what you're truly looking for. This is the foundation on which everything else is built.

Our check-ins

Every 4-6 weeks, we talk. A short call to see how you're feeling, what's changed, and what you're learning about yourself. Your search stays active, and you stay supported.

Curated introductions

When I find someone who genuinely fits, I make the introduction. Quality over quantity, always.

Roster Access

One time

Roster Access puts you on the Roster to be matched with my members at a more reasonable price, with no monthly financial commitment. The difference is that I am not actively seeking matches for you. You have access for 3 months and are able to renew after that if you wish.

When we go into a relationship not aligned with ourselves, not healed, we tend to settle for comfort.  But the long-term effects of this are never comfortable, and as an adult, you need to take responsibility. 
Whatever belief systems, habits, or lifestyles are getting in the way of you finding the right person are not worth holding on to, and you know that.  So when you are ready, I am here.  If you are not sure what is in the way, I am also here to explore that with you.

  • Justina, First, I wanted to share how excited I am for the Dating Roster. As a middle aged woman it’s hard to meet new people. We have had the limited choices of the non vetted apps or crossing our fingers and hoping we meet that special someone in a bar or the grocery store. The more people I talk to the more that they say this service is what is needed in our area and it such a great thing you do! I have a few singles varying in ages interested in the program and I hope to get signed up soon. Secondly, my overall experience has been great! Unfortunately I missed movie night and pottery class which is are awesome ideas for likeminded singles. My first event that I attended was a casual get together of a variety of singles at an adorable venue. You worked with us as a group to introduce ourselves and provided ice breaker questions to see who have similar interests or interesting things about that person. Then as all the singles conversed you took the time to check-in and was attentive to each single who was struggling (Hint: ME lol). By the end of the evening I felt I left with maybe a friend or 2. It was a great first experience for me and I can’t wait for the next event! Third, Justina…You are just awesome! Our initial one on one meeting you took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a special partner. You kept in contact and really tried to get to know me the person and not just the basic statistics of the apps. I’m looking forward to my individual date once you find that special someone that may be right for me. I am excited about the service you are providing. You are putting all your effort into finding new singles, creating events to bring us together to mingle and managing to maintain connections with all the members. Frequently Asked Questions

  • You'll hear from me by text or email to schedule your 60-minute onboarding call. Within about a week of our call, your member file will be created and shared with you.

  • There's no set number, and that's by design. I only introduce you when I find someone I genuinely believe fits. You'll never be flooded with matches to make the membership feel "active."

  • That's the whole point! You can pause or end your membership anytime, and you’re welcome to stay in the community and events.

  • Yes. Every membership can be paused and reinstated with no term limits.

  • Never. There's no pressure to participate in anything. Your comfort and your standards come first, always.

  • The community is rooted in the Finger Lakes region, Southern Tier, Northern PA, and Florida. The more of us there are, the deeper the pool. Tell your single friends.
