Chef Christina Supek
Founder and Culinary Director, Nouvelle Siren
Chef Christina Supek has spent more than 15 years in professional kitchens, working in fine dining, pastry, restaurant management, private dining, and menu development. She trained at the French Culinary Institute, then spent her twenties learning from mentors with decades in the industry and putting those lessons to work in busy kitchens.
Nouvelle Siren started as her one-woman culinary venture. It has grown into a trained team that serves private clients, celebrations, and curated dining experiences across the Finger Lakes. Her cooking is rooted in classical French technique and shaped by the seasons, creativity, and the ingredients themselves.
To Christina, a great meal isn't about luxury. It's about intention: every course has a purpose, every detail is considered, and every guest feels cared for. Her food is refined without being pretentious and elegant without losing warmth.
Wednesday December 2nd 6-8 pm.
Three courses from French-trained Chef Nouvelle Siren, a celebration of the cold season's harvest. Roasted roots and winter greens, a slow-braised main, and a dessert of dark chocolate and winter citrus. Vegetarian option available.
Each guest must submit their own order by email so our Host, Justina, can contact everyone individually to make sure everyone is included in the experience.
Dinner will be in the Chasm at 360 Aurora in Elmira Heights.
