WHY THE ROSTER EXISTS

You've done the apps. You've gone on the dates that went nowhere. You've explained yourself to strangers a hundred times and still felt unseen.
The Dating Roster was born from my desire to connect people in a deeper way. I'm building a community of singles who want an intentional dating experience, and as I get to know each of you, I'm inspired to find that missing piece in your life that will complement and bring a deeper sense of love and community.
 I'll be honest with you, because that's how I do everything here: this is a long game. You're not going to meet someone through me overnight. But you will be known, supported, and introduced only to quality matches. You will never be bombarded with date requests, and there's never pressure to participate in anything that doesn't feel right for you

HOW IT WORKS

We start with a real conversation, a full 60 minutes where I learn your story, your values, your lifestyle, and what you're truly looking for.  Here is where we choose which membership is best for you.

Every month we talk. A short call/zoom to see how you're feeling, what's changed, and what you're learning about yourself. Your search stays active, and you stay supported.

The Roster Rules
No asking for contact info. Not everyone feels comfortable saying no, and we never put anyone in that position.
No hookups. This is a space to connect, not a pickup scene.
Come expecting to make a friend. Take the pressure off; the best connections happen when you're focused on something else anyway.
Be kind and be respectful.
Mingle! This is your opportunity to feel chemistry with other singles.  If you find someone you're interested in, let me know!  I am happy to make the connection.
Why do I need to be involved in connecting people at these singles events?  It's my responsibility to ensure those invested in my service feel safe and seen.  So approaching someone and asking them out, even if you're attracted to them but might not be compatible, kind of defies the whole purpose of this intentional dating experience.  And again, they may not be comfortable with the confrontation.  So I ask that you please come to these events to get to know other singles and make new friends!

Hiking will be posted within 2 weeks of the date year-round.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • You'll hear from me by text or email to schedule your 60-minute onboarding call. Within about a week of our call, your member file will be created and shared with you.

  • There's no set number, and that's by design. I only introduce you when I find someone I genuinely believe fits. You'll never be flooded with matches to make the membership feel "active."

  • That's the whole point! You can pause or end your membership anytime, and you’re welcome to stay in the community and events.

  • Yes. Every membership can be paused and reinstated with no term limits.

  • Never. There's no pressure to participate in anything. Your comfort and your standards come first, always.

  • The community is rooted in the Finger Lakes region, Southern Tier, Northern PA, and Florida. The more of us there are, the deeper the pool. Tell your single friends.
